J2cr Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Gambling Platform Rules

1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and j2cr. This agreement governs your use of the website, mobile application, games, and all services provided by j2cr to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

By clicking the "Register" or "Log In" button, or by using any of our services j2cr, you expressly and irrevocably agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you must cease using the j2cr immediately.

2.Membership Eligibility

To be eligible to register and play at j2cr, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• Aged 18 years of age and above at the time of registration and while using j2cr's services;
• Not included on the list of individuals who have placed themselves on a gaming self-exclusion register;
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party while playing on j2cr;
• Acting on your own behalf only, and not at the direction or expense of another person;
• Playing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.

j2cr reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in temporary account suspension until verification is complete.

3.Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at j2cr. Opening more than one account — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or banking details — is a serious violation that will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

During registration, you are responsible for ensuring that:

• All information provided is accurate, complete and up to date;
• The Malaysian phone number provided is an active number that genuinely belongs to you;
• A strong password is chosen and not shared with anyone;
• Any changes to your personal information are updated in your j2cr account promptly.

Account j2cr is for personal use only. Transferring, selling, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure without compensation.

4.Deposits & Transactions

All financial transactions at j2cr processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Our platform supports the following deposit methods, all of which operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer)

The minimum deposit at j2cr is RM10 every transaction. j2cr does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your payment service provider may have their own charges that are beyond our control.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that all deposits are made from legitimate sources and consist solely of funds they personally own. j2cr reserves the right to request proof of source of funds in certain cases as an anti-money laundering precaution.

5.Withdrawal of Winnings

Member j2cr may request a withdrawal of winnings at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account identity verification (KYC) has been fully completed;
• All bonus rollover requirements (where applicable) have been met;
• No active account investigation or suspension;
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (or an alternative method approved by j2cr).

Withdrawal processing times at j2cr are as follows:

Withdrawals exceeding RM 10,000 in a single day may require additional security checks, which can take up to 24 working hours. This is a standard procedure to safeguard the financial security of every member. j2cr.

6.Bonus & Promotion Policy

All bonuses, promotions and special offers provided by j2cr subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer. The following are general guidelines that apply to all bonuses at j2cr:

• Each member is entitled to one (1) First Deposit Bonus over the course of their membership;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the stipulated rollover requirements have been fully met;
• The rollover multiplier is calculated based on the total of the deposit plus bonus amount (unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms);
• J2cr reserves the right to set specific game limits or restrict certain games' contribution towards rollover calculations;
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts or placing opposing bets — will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to account closure;
• J2cr reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion by providing reasonable notice to members.

7.Game Rules

All games available at j2cr — including slots such as Grease, Wolf Gold, Raging Tiger Paw, Gems Bonanza, Cai Shen and Floating Dragon, as well as the Royal Fishing fish shooting game and the Live Casino category — operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure complete fairness.

• Game outcomes generated by the RNG system are final and cannot be disputed;
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved in accordance with j2cr's established technical policy;
• J2cr reserves the right to void or re-verify game results where there is evidence of a technical failure that has affected the integrity of the game;
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are as stated in that game's interface.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on j2cr and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and potential legal action:

• Fraud and Forgery: Including providing false personal information, falsifying identity documents, or using another person's identity;
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to use the j2cr platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities;
• Use of Bots & Automated Software: Using any automated software, scripts or bots to play games or exploit the j2cr system;
• Collusion & Group Fraud: Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus mechanisms;
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts or using other means to claim more bonuses than permitted;
• Deliberate Technical Interference: Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt j2cr's technical infrastructure.

9.Account Suspension & Closure

j2cr reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions;
• Confirmation that the member does not meet the membership eligibility criteria;
• Any activity suspected to be fraudulent, money laundering, or otherwise illegal;
• Requests from relevant law enforcement authorities;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.

Members may also request to voluntarily close their own account by contacting the j2cr support team j2cr. In the event of a voluntary closure, any available balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not yet met the rollover requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, j2cr shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred as a result of playing on the j2cr platform, including lost deposits or unrealised winnings due to technical failures beyond our control;
• Service disruptions caused by necessary maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond j2cr's control;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised third-party access to your account due to your negligence in safeguarding your login credentials;
• Game outcomes are legitimately generated by an audited and certified RNG system.

Maximum liability cap j2cr under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount actually deposited by the member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Continued use of the platform j2cr after the effective date of such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
